"Reason for visiting: dropping off my nephew at UCR; grab food along the way; went to BJs but it was ~50 minute wait. Date/time of visit: Sunday Night, ~6:00 PM Parking: free lot Party size: 3 Environment/ambience: loud; TVs everywhere. Good place for a game; we caught Game 4, NBA Eastern Conf and Rockies/Dodgers. No sound though; good, fun music. Clean restroom. Service: was great; friendly too. Flipped one of the TVs for us onto the Dodgers game; everyone helps with service. 10 minute wait for table. Food: had the fish and chips; also dry wings with sauce on the side. Nashville BBQ sauce is pretty good. Cost: ~$125 with tip Would I go back (yes/no): 80/20"

"1st time trying this restaurant and it definitely did not disappoint! We originally tried visiting the Riverside location with my mom another day, but it was extremely busy with about a 90-minute wait. The greeter also wasn’t very welcoming, so we decided not to stay. Last night after our outing at The Imagitorium, we decided to try the Ontario location instead — and WOW, what a difference! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and treated amazingly. The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS. The iced teas were huge and so refreshing — the strawberry iced tea is the bomb! My mom had the street dog and I had the Nashville chicken sandwich. Huge portions, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service all around. Special shoutout to Miranda for being phenomenal! She was attentive, kind, and truly made our experience memorable. She deserves a raise! We will definitely be back!"

"We were at Heroes yesterday 8/21 with family I hadn't seen in a long time. It was our first time there, arrived at 6pm. Atmosphere was great, staff was friendly. Not too long after we got our food we were informed that the restaurant had shut down because a drunk driver had flipped and knocked out a fire hydrant right outside the restaurant, killing the water at Heroes. They said they could not legally stay open and that we had to leave. That is understandable BUT we were NOT allowed to finish our food OR our beverages and we had to pay FULL PRICE FOR ITEMS WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO FINISH. We were made to leave expensive beer unfinished. Of course, we understood why they closed but we should not have been charged full price for items we were not allowed to eat or drink. This was our first time and last time at Heroes."
